The acronym for a group of birth anomalies that are not necessarily related to each other but tend to occur together. These include Vertebral defects, Anorectal malformations, Cardiac abnormalities, Tracheo-Esophageal abnormalities, Renal defects, and Limb defects, such as extra fingers or toes, or abnormally formed forearms.
