Pituitary stalk interruption syndrome. A rare congenital anatomical defect of the pituitary gland characterized by a very thin or “interrupted” pituitary stalk; an ectopic or absent posterior pituitary; and aplasia or hypoplasia anterior pituitary, with permanent deficit of growth hormone (GH).

The Fanconi Cancer Foundation (FCF) is excited to announce that Dr. Isis Sroka has been named CEO effective August 1, 2024.
