Taylor Tidd
Events Program Manager
Taylor, a native of Boise, Idaho, embarked on her academic journey at the University of Utah, graduating with a degree in Biology and minors in Chemistry and Business. Before finding her place at FCF, she gained valuable experience in various clinical settings and dedicated her time to volunteering with programs aimed at supporting underserved populations.
Driven by her passion for event planning and her genuine love for people, Taylor leverages her skills and interests to make a difference in the FA community. She started at FCF as the Community Support Program Manager, facilitating connections, providing vital resources, and offering personal support to individuals and caregivers affected by FA. In 2025 she became Events Program Manager. In this role, she leads the planning and execution of in-person and virtual events that support and engage the FA community. From retreats and community gatherings to research symposia and virtual meetups, Taylor ensures each event is inclusive, well-organized, and aligned with FCF’s mission to strengthen connections across the FA community.
Outside of her professional endeavors, you could find Taylor engrossed in a good book, exploring nature through hiking adventures, or spending quality time with her furry companion, Waffles.
