Jordan Deines

Community Programs Director | LCSW

Jordan, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a master’s degree in social work, brings a wealth of experience to her role as Community Programs Director at FCF. Her career began with a bachelor’s degree in psychology, leading her through various roles where she supported families and survivors of trauma within hospital settings.

In her current position, Jordan oversees all of FCF’s patient and caregiver program initiatives, collaborating closely with FA patient and caregiver advocates, as well as FA experts. Her efforts are focused on designing and implementing programming that promotes wellbeing and cultivates community care for those impacted by FA. Additionally, she fosters strategic academic partnerships to advance collaborative psychosocial research initiatives aimed at developing a roadmap to wellbeing for individuals with FA and their care partners.

Outside of work, Jordan finds joy in outdoor adventures with her family, including hiking, camping, snow sports, and water sports. Her passion for exploration has taken her to 21 countries and counting, enriching her perspective with each new experience.
