Chris and his wife, Melanie, joined the FA community in 2020 when their then-4-year-old son, Elliott, was diagnosed with Fanconi anemia. They live in Alexandria, Virginia, with Elliott and his younger brother, Emmett.

Professionally, Chris has spent his career in international higher education, working with universities around the world to grow their brands and lead student recruitment and fundraising. He is currently the associate vice president for international alumni and development at Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C.

Chris is eager to help find new ways to increase fundraising at this vital time in FCF’s mission to improve cancer treatments. Given his international experience, he’s also interested in supporting FCF’s efforts to expand global outreach to families and researchers outside the United States.
