Bill Katris is a passionate supporter of the Fanconi Cancer Foundation (FCF), driven by personal connection to its mission. Bill and his wife Maria have three daughters, ages 17, 16 and 11, two of whom have Fanconi anemia (FA). He and his family are committed to bettering the lives of all those with FA and doing whatever they can do to support efforts to treat and cure FA-related illnesses and cancers. To that end, Bill and his family have hosted the FCF Swinging for a Cure Golf Tournament & Cocktail Reception for two consecutive years, raising $140,000 in its inaugural year and $160,000 the second year to support research, treatment and innovation for those affected by FA. Bill is proud to be part of the FCF community and is committed to advancing its work and mission to help those with FA through meaningful partnerships and advocacy.

Professionally, Bill is an accomplished trial attorney with over 25 years of experience handling complex commercial litigation. He has represented a wide range of clients, from small businesses to publicly traded companies and government institutions. In addition to his litigation practice, Bill is a certified privacy professional and trusted advisor on regulatory, insurance, and employment matters. Bill also serves as outside general counsel to a number of privately held companies, including technology start-ups, medical practices and several companies in the staffing industry.
