Kelly Trop
Development Coordinator
Kelly Trop joined the FCF team in 2026 as Development Coordinator, bringing over a decade of experience in nonprofit development, fundraising, donor relations, communications, membership engagement, and event management. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Marketing) from Central Washington University and has built her career serving mission-driven organizations, including the Walla Walla Chamber of Commerce, the Walla Walla YMCA, and Lewis-Palmer School District, while also volunteering with numerous community organizations throughout the years.
At FCF, Kelly supports fundraising operations, donor stewardship, recurring giving initiatives, and the FAM Club monthly giving program. She is passionate about creating meaningful donor experiences, strengthening long-term relationships, and helping connect generous supporters with the Foundation’s mission. Kelly believes every donor has a story, and that intentional, thoughtful stewardship is one of the most meaningful ways to honor the generosity that fuels progress.
“I’m inspired every day by the resilience of the Fanconi anemia community and honored to help connect generous supporters with the groundbreaking research, education, and programs that bring hope to families around the world.”
Outside of her work with FCF, Kelly enjoys exploring Oregon’s coast and wine country with her husband, hiking with their dogs, growing giant pumpkins, and spending time with family and friends.
