Mental Health Research

What does the research tell us?

Research by Dr. Kathleen Bogart and Megan Voss explores the psychological and social impacts of FA. Their work seeks to uncover ways to enhance mental health support and care for people affected by FA.

Counseling

Give An Hour

FCF partners with Give An Hour, a nonprofit that connects individuals and families with mental health professionals. This free and confidential service provides support for the FA community.

You're Not Alone

One-On-One Coaching

We offer one-on-one coaching scholarships for individuals age 16 and up, including those navigating grief or caregiving roles, through experienced coaches Lori Krause and Allison Breininger. These sessions create safe, judgment-free space to process emotions and find coping tools with someone who understands.
