What is the Retreat for Adults with FA?

The Adult Retreat for individuals with FA takes place every year in varying cities during the fall season. This unique event caters to individuals with FA aged 18 and above, offering them a platform to connect with peers, stay informed about the latest medical advancements and research findings, engage in supportive discussions, and even contribute to voluntary research initiatives. We are pleased to offer educational and supportive sessions tailored specifically for caregivers, ensuring that everyone involved receives the necessary resources and assistance.

Get Some Science at the Same Time

The retreat coincides with FCF’s yearly Scientific Symposium, creating a dynamic energy between the two events. Participants from both gatherings come together for shared meals, including the highly anticipated annual banquet dinner. Moreover, Adult Retreat attendees have the opportunity to partake in Symposium sessions, hearing from leading FA experts and participating in the overall discussions of the conference if they choose.
