Fundraising

One of the most important things a family can do to help their FA child is to raise money for continued research. Great advances in understanding this disease have already been made, but more needs to be done if we are to find a cure.

You can do something as simple as writing a fundraising letter, or undertaking a large-scale event such as a silent auction or golf tournament.

The staff of Fanconi Anemia Research Fund is available to help you with your fundraising efforts. We will:

• Provide sample fundraising letters, and help you edit your letter
• Use your photos to personalize your letter, event invitation, or brochure
• Use your mailing list to send your letter or invitation from our office
• Connect you with regional fundraising team leaders for ideas and support
• Provide ideas, information and display materials for events
• Send a thank you letter and tax receipt to your donors
